Directing - Week 7: Transitions

On Thursday this week, me and Neena spent a couple of hours after school working on her two monologues. She needed the script for a few prompts but overall was pretty confident with the lines, allowing us to work more easily on how she delivered them and how, where and when she moved and I'm really happy with the progress we made working on the monologues together. Neena captures the energy and comedic element of Leah's character amazingly well, as well as the variety of emotions and thoughts Leah switches between and Neena's Leah feels very genuine, thoughtful and likeable which I think are important aspects of her character.
